Manchester United have completed the signing of young defender Harry Amess. The 16-year-old defender has been linked with a move to Old Trafford since the end of last season. And has now put pen to paper on a contract with the Red Devils for four years.
Watford are desperate to keep the future youngster at the club. And offered him a professional contract in addition to his school deal.
Amess has been at Vicarage Road since the age of nine and made his senior debut in last season’s FA Cup third-round loss to Reading 2-0. Where he was a substitute who did not enter the field

The youngster has now entered United’s academy with hopes of making his way to the first team.
Amess plays for England U15s. He made his debut in December 2021 at the age of 14 and is currently part of the U-16 national team.
He is expected to be part of the England Under-17 squad to go through the U-17 World Cup at the end of this year.
Amass is the Red Devils’ new signing, following Mason Mount and Andre Onana this summer. The club is about to sign a contract to grab another Rasmus Hoilund.
United are also keen on signing Fiorentina midfielder Sofiane Amrabat.
