Rodrigo Hernandez Rodri believes Vinicius Junior will learn how to control his concentration and focus more on football to become a better player.
Manchester City midfielder Rodrigo Hernandez Rodri believes Vinicius Junior will realise what he needs to focus on on the pitch and become an even better player in the future, according to Cadena Ser on Friday.
Vinicius is widely regard as Real Madrid’s best player, but the Brazilian’s on-field antics are often more talked about than his performances, but Rodri believes the Brazilian will learn to control his focus more in the future.
Vinicius was often caught up in arguments with referees and opposition players, which saw him pick up 11 yellow cards last season, but the 24-year-old has not change his mind and has now been book seven times in just 17 games this term, despite Carlo Ancelotti advising him to focus on his football.
‘I think he’s a smart guy and in time he’ll realise that the more he focuses on what’s happening on the pitch, the better he’ll be,’ Rodri said of Vinicius.
‘He is a great footballer, like everyone else he has to improve on and off the pitch. He is still young, I am sure people will give him good advice and at Madrid it will be even more so. It is a club with great values.’
‘Sometimes it tempts you and we all have a higher heart rate when we play, but at the end of the day, we as footballers are not only representatives on the pitch but also off the pitch. Taking care of that part seems Register ufabet very important to me and I’ve always tried to do that.’
